By ordering from BrotherMoto.com you agree to the following terms.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and your experience. If you aren't we want to hear about it.
If you do need to return an item, please ensure that all items are returned in the condition that they were received - not worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise (s)oiled.
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from the day you receive the goods for store credit or exchange. You will need to pay for return shipping, however Brother Moto will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge.
Sales of helmets, discounted items, vintage items and gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do you ship packages?
We ship using the United States Postal Service.
How much is domestic shipping?
A flat $5 on most items.
Why is International Shipping so expensive?
We are working really hard to get this cost down, but this is unfortunately what it costs us to ship to most overseas locations. Most of the time we end up losing a bit of money on international shipping when all is said and done. If you can show us a quote for cheaper, reliable shipping to your country, we are happy to look into other options. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any other fees associated with importing goods to your country. If you have questions, please ask us before ordering. We are happy to help!
Customs and Duties
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Brother Moto cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
How often do you ship orders?
We mail orders out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We, however, do not ship out on major U.S holidays including but not limited to:

Do you accept online returns / can I get a refund?
We accept all returns in exchange for store credit only.
Can I return a helmet I purchased?
Due to the safety application of motorcycle helmets, we cannot accept returns on helmets.
What about that part I purchased?
Due to the unique purpose and specification of each part we are currently unable to take returns on parts at this time. Measure twice. Order once.
How do I exchange my product?
Simply mail the item back to us to the address below within thirty days of receiving the order.
All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received - unworn, unwashed, and free of oil stains.
Wait, I had to pay to ship the item back to you?
Upon receiving the item back and inspecting it, we will gladly give you store credit plus free shipping on your next order to accommodate shipping back to us.
Anything else I should know?
Brother Moto reserves the right to not accept returns if we feel like the item has been washed, worn, altered, damaged or otherwise (s)oiled.
